That Council receives a presentation from Mr. Jim Blakes, Chair and Mr. Frank Figuli, Coordinator, on behalf of U-Links, as information; And further that Council refers the request to the February 5, 2024 Budget Meeting for review and consideration.

Be it resolved that Council approves the January 11, 2024 Regular Council meeting minutes.

Be it resolved that the accounts in the amount of $ 3,142,976.20 be approved for payment.

That Council receives the correspondence on the January 25, 2024 Regular Council agenda as information.

That Council receives Report #24-001 January Monthly Activity Report – Public Works for information.

That Council receive Report #24-002 FIRE - November 2023 Fire Summary for information.

That Report #24-04 FIRE - Smoke Alarms for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) Program be received for information; And further that Staff be directed to implement the Smoke Alarms for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) Be it resolved that Council proceed into Closed Session at 11:34 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the following:  One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (Committee Members)  One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding labour relations or employee negotiations; (Work Plan Review)

Be it resolved that Closed Session adjourn at 1:27 p.m. and Open Session resume.
