That Council adjourned its public meetings and resumes its Regular Meeting of Council at 9:17 AM.

Be it resolved that Council approves the October 31, 2024 Regular Council meeting minutes, as amended.

Be it resolved that the accounts in the amount of $306,619.67 be approved for payment.

That Council directs staff to pull item 11.2 Municipal Delegation request form for the 2025 ROMA Annual Conference, for discussion.

That Council receives correspondence and communication items 11.1 and 11.3 as information.

That Council receives the Municipal Delegation Request Form for the 2025 ROMA Annual Conference as information.

That Council receive Report #24-018 May to September 2024 Fire Summary as information.

That Council receive Report 24-82 (Planning) Bill 185 Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024 as information.
